Siji Alonge
Siji Alonge is a finance and venture capital professional with a diverse background spanning capital markets, entrepreneurship, social innovation, and business development. He is the Managing Director of Golden Trust Capital and has built a reputation for identifying growth opportunities, supporting businesses, and developing investment strategies. With experience across private capital, venture investing, and strategic consulting, Siji has worked with entrepreneurs, investors, and organisations to drive sustainable growth and innovation.
Adrian Thompson
Adrian is an accomplished programme manager with 10 years of experience delivering a variety of major projects, programmes, and portfolios in the public sector in a local authority setting.
Having always had a passion for music and the arts, he became aware of the Music Relief Foundation and their work after enrolling his daughter for guitar lessons at the music school.
Seeing the positive effect that music can have on a child’s life firsthand has inspired him to become actively involved in the organisation, which has culminated in serving as a trustee where he will use his experience as both a client and programme professional to help enhance the organisation’s work and reach in the local community.
Annemari de Silva
Annemari de Silva is an experienced mixed methods researcher in social policy and has led research in the UK Civil Service for the Cabinet Office and the Office for National Statistics, and for international clients including the European Parliament, European Commission, Minority Rights Group International and other INGOs. She is passionate about embedding evidence into the heart of decision-making and striving for equity in society. She has led volunteer movements in Sri Lanka and used her primary research to impact key policy decisions, with publications in Routledge and Cambridge University Press.
Alongside her strategic and leadership experience, Annemari brings her research and policy expertise to improve MRF’s evidence base and our understanding of the policymaking process.
Paul Miller
Paul Miller has over 35 years of experience in finance and property. His passion for athletics and youth empowerment led him to establish Elite Athletes Academy over a decade ago.
As a businessman and devoted father, he trained his sons to compete internationally, gaining firsthand insight into the transformative power of sports.
He also values the crossover skills from music in developing character, resilience, and success. Beyond Elite Athletes Academy, Paul remains actively involved in the sports and leadership community, serving on various committees and boards.
Valeria Ehrenheim
Valeria is an enthusiastic impact finance professional with extensive experience in designing and measuring investments that drive meaningful change for underserved communities.
Passionate about leveraging finance for social and environmental good, she brings expertise in program design, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement.
She has studied music for over a decade and deeply believes in its transformative power. At MRF, she supports and oversees fundraising efforts and capital mobilisation.

Magdalene Usikaro
As the Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of MRF, I have over a decade of experience leading the organisation with a deep passion for transforming lives. My mission is to influence government, businesses, and educators to empower youth and grassroots communities.
I drive vision, strategy, innovation, and partnerships while serving as MRF’s primary spokesperson, engaging with media and social platforms. To me, this is more than a job—it’s my life’s calling to give a voice to the voiceless.
Beyond MRF, I am both the chair and vice of governors for primary and secondary schools, serve as a trustee at AFRUCA, and a member of the UK BME Anti-Slavery Network, Co-Chair of the Croydon North East Locality Partnership and Croydon Youth Crime Board.
