Alan studied music at Strathclyde University. Alan is an international freelance guitarist who has played at venues across the world alongside a variety of major artists. Currently, Alan is globally touring with the smash-hit West End musical ‘Mamma Mia’.

Don prides himself on instilling his students with a deep appreciation of music. He is adept at creating interesting and fun lesson plans that capture the attention of his students. Don's tailored, supportive and inspiring approach also enhances students learning outside of the classroom in order to develop well-rounded students.
As a professional classical guitarist, Don regularly performs in concerts and music festivals nationally and internationally. Don's unique experience means that he is able to support students in achieving their musical ambitions.
