As an alternative to delivering Face-to-face upskill sessions, why not create educational resources
and share insights, tools, frameworks, and guides as a steppingstone for young people to pursue a
career in your industry.
Creating educational resources is a great way to encourage learning and participate in the campaign should circumstances surrounding the current pandemic change making the ability to deliver faceto-face service impossible. This is also a great option if your organisation is unable to provide the time, manpower or facility to deliver new programs because of existing work experience schemes in place.
Resources can be in the form of presentation slides, live or pre-recorded webinars, downloadable PDF’s, or fact sheets.
Example resources include:
• Introduction to sector
• Project management
• Strategic problem-solving
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Advice, tools, and further learning links
• Project based task set (peer assessed)
• Self-management – e.g explore imposter syndrome
• Explain your internal recruitment process, sector roles, and responsibilities
Professional development is at the core of the CHANGE Campaign. Educational resources will allow young people to learn new skills, explore a new career path, and gain expert advice from industry professionals. The young people we have on board are very eager to learn.
There are many ways you can get involved and show your support in the campaign. Please explore the alternative options available below.
