Magdalene founded Music Relief out of a harmonious blend of her personal experience as an ex-teenage mum and expertise as a singer/songwriter.
She strives to continue to create platforms where others can share their story, get encouraged and empowered as an inspirational speaker or through her mentoring. Her approach to her work stemming from her own experience, continues to steer her to help others become empowered and develop self-confidence especially.

With the culture of inspiring everyone she meets, this is further reflected through the lyrics of her songs and podcasts conveying the message of hope, and through her book From Shame to Strength. Music Saved Me (A book depicting her personal experience as a woman who was faced with the challenges of bullying, teenage pregnancy, early marriage and divorce, abuse, stigmatisation from family and community and depression).
Magdalene previously worked with Barclays Bank, she holds a BA Hons Music Industry Management and is embarking on her MSc Masters program.
