MRF Sound Start
Sound Start is an innovative, hands-on music industry programme for 11-18yr olds, offering foundational skills in music production, performance, songwriting, marketing, and industry knowledge. Participants are given the opportunity to build confidence, creativity, and skills through collaborative, real-world experiences, exploring diverse music careers and taking their first steps into the industry.
Each workshop is delivered by specialists across a variety of industry settings, including professional music studios, academic arts institutions and performance venues. Facilitators include the London Symphony Orchestra (LSO), the Guildhall, Drumworks, and the Studios for All initiative in association with Pirate Studios.
